I will teach you how to do self-maintenance.

I will teach you how to do self-maintenance.

For unexplained physical condition, we recommend self-maintenance first. Back pain and ED are also likely to be associated with mental stress and are often out of balance. A specific illness is called a illness, but poor physical condition before the name of the illness is clarified is called a non-illness. Many people go to the hospital because of a slight illness, but considering that business model, even if the cause is not clear, they encourage them to go to the hospital with some kind of disease name. First, do what you can. This alone may change.

1,sleep. Lack of sleep causes lifestyle-related diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and arteriosclerosis. Did you know that Japan has the shortest average sleep time in the world? According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the average sleeping time for all ages of Japanese is 7 hours and 36 minutes for women and 7 hours and 49 minutes for men. Moreover, at the age of 35 to 39, when the work is about to begin, it will be as short as 7 hours and 22 minutes for women and 7 hours and 24 minutes for men. Men and women aged 45 to 49 have the shortest sleep time. In this age group, it can be seen that the sleeping time is quite short, 6 hours 48 minutes for women and 7 hours 18 minutes for men.

2,Ignoring modern nutritional science such as calorie theory that supports overeating, I basically always eat small meals, one meal a day, and sometimes fast to fix all illnesses. Even in the teaching of yoga, it says, "In 8 minutes, you don't need a doctor, in 6 minutes you forget about old age, and in 4 minutes you get closer to God."

3,Stop Western-style eating habits and prevent cancer with a vegetarian diet. 1958 Prostate cancer in the United States is 400 times that in Japan. In 1970, American women had 82 times more breast cancer than Kenya. There was no Western food in Japan and Kenya at that time. This is the cause, no matter how you think about it.

4,Long breath and long life. It's a yoga teaching, but sometimes take a deep breath, even if it's not meditation. Capillaries open to promote blood flow and boost immunity.

5,Sometimes muscle training. The rejuvenating hormone "myokine" is secreted from the muscles. If you feel uncomfortable sweating, please take a bath.

6,Laugh and be healthy. The mortality rate of non-laughing people is twice that of non-laughing people. When you laugh, the number of natural killer cells that fight cancer increases six times.

7,Green Tea. Drinking green tea, which has a strong anti-cancer effect, reduces stomach cancer to 20% of the national average. This is probably one of the reasons why lung cancer was low in Japan, where smoking rates were high.

8,Seaweed. At the time of the Spanish flu epidemic, which was extremely poisonous 100 years ago, the number of Japanese deaths was extremely small, probably because they ate seaweed a lot. Seaweed also has an anti-cancer effect.

9,Use less milk. Calcium that is too concentrated for humans is not absorbed. It makes the bones more brittle and increases the chances of fractures. The ingredient "galactose" contained in it cannot be decomposed by Japanese people and increases the risk of cataracts.

10,Bathing. Stop the shower and take a bath. The thermal effect and relaxing effect enhance immunity. You don't have to wash your body in the bath like Tamori-san. It's more important to soak and pop.

11,Sun bathing. Sunlight stimulates the production of vitamin D and strengthens bones. Compared to Westerners, Japanese have a lower percentage of people with skin cancer, accounting for about 2% of all cancers. The number of people who die of skin cancer is 1.3 for men and 1.2 for women per 100,000 population. Some people care, but what about it?

12,Massage. This is the standard that improves lymphatic function and blood circulation to improve health. Let's improve the natural healing power and enjoy life. Massage is detox. Excreting waste products is very important. If you get sick because of money, it will only contribute more and more to hospitals and the Rockefeller Foundation. You can't bring money to the grave.

I'm not denying the hospital. This is because traditional medicine cannot compete with urgent cases such as injuries and accidents. The hospital is a necessary facility that I myself am indebted to in a traffic accident or injury. However, except in such urgent cases, the presence of a hospital is of little harm to the patient. And, of course, the medicines given at the hospital are also poisonous. As a proof, the doctor at the hospital should say, "Please stop taking the medicine when your condition has subsided" when prescribing the medicine. It's basically because doctors are aware that medicines are poisonous. So, of course, you shouldn't take any cold medicine even when you catch a cold. I used the over-the-counter cold remedy "Pub-n" as a double-triple preventive drug, which made my liver worse. Return the calligraphy, but cold remedies have the effect of lowering fever and controlling coughing and sputum. However, when we have a cold, our fever is evidence that immune cells are activated and fighting the virus. In other words, cough and sputum should be a mechanism in which immune cells try to get foreign substances out of the body by fighting the virus. Even though the immune cells are doing their best, if you forcibly lower the fever with a drug, the immune function will not be activated and the resistance to the virus will decrease. Therefore, on the contrary, the wind may be prolonged. The medicine simply suppresses the symptoms, and the illusion that the body is recovering during that time is as if the medicine was taken and the illness was cured. Some people may say, "It's okay if you take medicine because it makes you feel better!", But medicine has side effects. It's still better to take it after knowing the side effects, but without thinking about anything. It is very dangerous to take medicine with blind belief that it will cure the disease. For example, antibiotics. Antibiotics are said to be very bad for the body because they kill intestinal bacteria. There is a great deal of research on the adverse effects of antibiotics. For example, a 2008 experiment found that a single use killed one-third of the gut bacteria, and the damage did not heal after half a year. Many people get sick with antibiotics, which is also thought to be one of the causes of the deterioration of the intestinal environment. Recently, it has been often said that intestinal bacteria are important, but the antibiotics that cause great damage to these intestinal bacteria need to be reviewed once again.

Doctors' strikes in Israel made a big ripple. This is a strike that occurred in search of an improvement in the black work environment that forced long working hours, but the mortality rate was reduced to one tenth of the normal number of patients examined during the strike. Is said to have gone down. Normally, it is normal to think that the mortality rate would increase without a doctor, but in reality, the result was the opposite. In other words, this can be regarded as "most of the medical care was not needed". It is said that the mortality rate has returned to normal after the strike.

The reality of modern medicine. This is the content of the survey results reported in the "American Medical Journal". It is said that 74% of the 14 common illnesses and symptoms that were treated at the hospital were unknown. Furthermore, the psychological factor is said to be 10%, but this is only the subjectivity of the individual doctor who examined it, and there is nothing more sloppy. In other words, for 85% of these totals, we were just given symptomatic treatment without knowing the cause of the illness at all. There is no guarantee that the symptomatic treatment was safe or not. The reality of modern medicine is that we only treat various symptoms that have not been lit up for causality by giving them disease names. Makeshift symptomatic treatment is the mainstream concept of modern medicine. That's what modern medicine is all about. And this is true not only for hospitals and doctors, but also for medicines. How many medicines are made for the purpose of radical cure?・ ・ ・ ・ The answer is almost 0. It is said that "side effects are inherent", but there is also an opinion that this is not a side effect, but a "substance that does so". What do you think of taking such a dangerous substitute without a doubt as recommended by your doctor? ... The hospital is not the place to cure the illness.

But ... What about the so-called general relaxation massage? I think it's a very childish skill from the perspective of alternative medicine and preventive medicine. In other words, neither hospitals nor general massage salons exist to improve natural healing power and extend healthy life expectancy. It doesn't make sense to be tied to a bed and forcibly extend your life. I believe that traditional medicine procedures backed by thousands of years of history are effective in extending healthy life expectancy.
